Roarockit is again sponsoring the Skateboard Art Show & Auction at the Gladstone Hotel. During the week of March 2 - 11, the exhibition features Lil'Rockit mini-cruisers painted, burned and whatever else goes this year. OSF students work closely with some of Toronto's professional artists to produce this exciting body of work. The theme this year is rebellious youth and teen stereotypes!
Come meet all the artists and bid on one-of-a-kind art skateboards at our Closing Party & Silent Auction on Friday March 11 from 7 to 10PM. Proceeds are in support of the Oasis Skateboard Factory to keep this awesome program going!
The project begins with the students teaching the artists how to make a Lil'Rockit skateboard. When the boards are pressed up and the art is done, the rolling art show is hung at the Gladstone Hotel.
